Returns & Delivery
If already received, package the item up and send it back to Melina's Gift Shop, 21-23 Tooting High Street, Unit 30a Tooting Market, SW17 0SN within 14 days of letting us know that you want to cancel your order and return the product (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.
Once we have received the item(s) back we will process your refund back on to your card within 14 days.
Unfortunately, on some occasions we cannot accept a refund on anything items that are personalised to meet your requirements, as this cannot be resold.
Anything that was creatively made, which you ordered we cannot accept a refund.
Please do check before you purchase an item to see whether you can cancel, refund or exchange.
Please note we have multiple despatch locations therefore your order may arrive in separate parcels.
For any strange reason you do not receive your items within 28 days please get in touch.
Unless you have cancelled your order prior to delivery, you will become the owner of the Products once they have been delivered to you. In any case, after delivery they will be held at your own risk and Regalo London will not be liable for any loss, damage or destruction to the Products.
Any damaged Products in transit Regalo London will not accept liability for any damages.
